the concept of "humanity" functions as a way to prevent various groups across history from obtaining freedom from oppression.

human rights aren't a thing. one doesn't automatically get rights from being a homo sapiens. one is granted "rights" from the state or from the lack of coercion.

if there is no humanity, there is nothing to be dehumanized

basing entire countries off of the ideas of some old guys from hundreds of years ago is a terrible idea.
